We are seeking motivated and entrepreneurial Business Connectivity Consultants to develop relationships with business owners and help organizations identify opportunities to improve their connectivity, communications, and technology infrastructure.
This is a true independent contractor opportunity designed for self-starters who are comfortable prospecting, networking, and building their own book of business while leveraging the support, systems, and industry partnerships provided by Tailored Telco Solutions.
Solution Portfolio
Approved Sales Agents / Direct Partners may be able to support customer opportunities across a broad provider and solution ecosystem through Tailored Telco Solutions and our partner network.
Help customers evaluate business internet, fiber, broadband, multi-location connectivity, backup internet, and failover options.
Support conversations around business wireless, mobility, mobile connectivity, wireless backup, and related solutions.
Offer customers options for business phone systems, VoIP, UCaaS, cloud communications, and contact center needs.
Identify opportunities involving SD-WAN, network performance, failover, managed technology, and security-adjacent solutions.
This helps Sales Agents / Direct Partners take a more consultative approach instead of forcing every customer into a single-provider recommendation.

How the Process Works
The Direct Partner Program uses a more detailed qualification process because Sales Agents / Direct Partners are more involved in customer consultation and sales activity.
Complete the qualification questionnaire so we can understand your background, sales experience, and fit.
Tailored Telco Solutions reviews your submission and determines whether a follow-up conversation makes sense.
Qualified applicants may be invited to discuss expectations, compensation structure, provider rules, and next steps.
Approved partners complete required onboarding, agreements, insurance verification, and sales process training.
Independent Contractor Requirements
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Consultants are responsible for providing and maintaining the tools and resources necessary to perform their duties.
Required prior to onboarding: Commercial General Liability Insurance with minimum limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate; Commercial Auto Insurance meeting applicable state requirements for business use of a vehicle; Certificate of Insurance naming Tailored Telco Solutions, LLC as certificate holder.
Recommended: Errors & Omissions (E&O) Insurance to provide protection against claims arising from professional recommendations, services, or omissions.

Sales Agents / Direct Partners represent themselves as independent business professionals while supporting customer opportunities through Tailored Telco Solutions.
Compensation
This is a 100% commission-based independent contractor opportunity. Compensation varies based on effort, prospecting activity, experience, customer mix, provider compensation, closed revenue, and sales performance.
The program may include recurring residual income opportunities and performance incentives where available. Actual earnings vary and are not guaranteed. A detailed compensation plan may be provided to qualified candidates during the review process.
